Uh oh!

Ooops, there goes one more shread of Sotomayor's Judgement:

I'll just take it straight from yahoo news:

WASHINGTON – The Supreme Court has ruled that white firefighters in New Haven, Conn., were unfairly denied promotions because of their race, reversing a decision that high court nominee Sonia Sotomayor endorsed as an appeals court judge.

New Haven was wrong to scrap a promotion exam because no African-Americans and only two Hispanic firefighters were likely to be made lieutenants or captains based on the results, the court said Monday in a 5-4 decision. The city said that it had acted to avoid a lawsuit from minorities.

The ruling could alter employment practices nationwide, potentially limiting the circumstances in which employers can be held liable for decisions when there is no evidence of intentional discrimination against minorities.

What luck? This happens right in the middle of Sodomayor's candidacy for the Supreme Court. Wow, hope it doesn't hurt her chances.

AMERICA'S MOST WANTED

The Biggest Tax increase in US History was just passed in HR 2454.

The Heritage Foundation predicts it will It will cost the economy $161 billion, which is $1,870 for a family of four. The HOUSE vote was 219-212. 44 Democrats defected and voted against the bill. If it were not these 8 RINO Turncoats, the bill would have failed! Let your voices and anger be heard. Demand explanations! Next up is the Senate so start contacting your Senators now to kill this Bill!

Here are The 8 cap-and-tax Republican turncoats:

Mary Bono Mack (California 45TH DISTRICT) (202) 225-5330
Mike Castle (Deleware AT-LARGE) (202) 225-4165
Mark Kirk (Illinois 10th District) (202) 225-4385 (He’s considering running for Senate!)
Leonard Lance (New Jersey's 7th District) (202) 225-5361
Frank LoBiondo (New Jersey's 2nd District) (202) 225-6572
John McHugh (New York 23rd District) (202) 225-4611
Dave Reichert (Washington 8th District) (202) 225-7761
Chris Smith(New Jersey's 4th District) (202) 225-3765

The two Republicans who didn’t vote: Jeff Flake (AZ) and John Sullivan (OK). Flake says he had a “family conflict” (his daughter is reportedly in a beauty pageant in Alabama tomorrow) and Sullivan is undergoing alcohol treatment. Dem. Rep. Patrick Kennedy was pulled out of rehab to cast his vote.

As I watched the vote on CSPAN late yesterday afternoon, I seriously believed there was a chance that we could defeat this hideous tax increase. And when it was all said and done and I saw the vote final 219 -212, and then saw that 8 reps had voted for this tax increase...I was furious!!! I mean even 44 democrats knew this was a huge mistake and voted against HR 2454,. Due to these 8 deflectors.... we can thank them for letting this bill making it through!

It's a sad day in America that this bill almost did not pass in the house and would of NOT passed had these 8 republicans voted for their constituents. I hope the conservative voice is loudly heard when these 8 are up for re-election. Come on America you seriously believe passing the biggest tax increase in America EVER during a recession is a smart thing. FLUSH!!!

I will start an email CAMPAIGN today to all US Senators ....somebody has to WISE up, screw party lines democrats...think about American...your children and grandchildren!

Thanks to TheRightWingM for the information on the RINO's!

WIFE CHEATER!!!!!

Liberals...eat your hearts out. I KNOW, I KNOW you guys get all excited when you see a conservative with liberal tendencies. Indeed you should be wallering in the glory that another rep gov was shacking up.

Go forth in your glory....I mean you will do it anyway. Not to stear from my own conservative family values... but let me make one thing clear to a few of you.

First...had this been my man...the locks would of been changed on the house before he returned to the US of A. Yes there would be no discussion, no reconciliation, I would not be open to forgive and forget.... blah blah blah. My opinion....once a cheater...always a cheater, why go back for seconds, history will repeat itself.

Now to the serious stuff.... you want the man to resign his post because he acted like most liberal males? oh my you are saying he can't do his job because he cheated on his wife... oh dear is THAT why Clinton did such a lousy j0b?

Oh yes I can hear you now calling him a scumbag....oh i agree....cheater cheater! However I don't agree that it will effect how he does his job. Hmm lets see...Kobe Bryant cheated on his wife...did it effect his job performance? Guess not he's a multi-millionaire. How about Frank Gifford... oh wait he cheated but was retired ....guess that doesn't count... however he's also a multi-millionaire. Well what about Jesse Jackson, he cheated on his wife for 4 years and has an illegitimate child. Oh my he's still out their flapping his lips and he's also a millionaire. How about David Beckham...did his affair stop him from kickin ass in soccer....noooooo and he's also a millionaire. How about that millionaire Ozzie Ozbourne... oh wait his affair didn't stop him from becoming a millionaire. And let's wrap this up with good ole' Alex Rodriquez... yep yep millionaire too who cheated on his wife... I do believe he is still wackin' those home runs!

Hmmm I guess it is fair to say that Mark Sanford can continue his job just like all the other guys did. Remember 40% of American men cheat on their wives...good gawd if we ask all of them to step down from their current jobs.... we will never have to worry about CEO's getting paid too much... almost half of them would step down, and half of every major league team, in every sport.... wow you think the unemployment rate is bad now...just wait till we ask all the male wife cheaters to step down from their current jobs. And that's not even counting the women who sleep around on their husbands.

My point is...he's a scumbag for cheating on the old wife.... can he still do his job... you betcha! Should he step down from his job for cheating.....NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Should he step down from his job for disappearing for 4 days ..... well of course...if indeed it is true that NO ONE in office knew how to get a hold of him. However I find that hard to believe... I'm sure if a simple girl in Texas has an international cell phone plan...I just betcha Mark Sanford has one too.

So lets torch the man if he left his State in a lurch.... and lets let Ms. Sanford fry his ass for being a cheating scumbag!

ABC...those bleeding liberals!!!

Ok so ABC has become the new Barrack Network!

So I turned on ABC tonight to watch the dingbat Diane Sawyer (yes she gives blonde's a truly bad name) and my favorite huggable guy Charlie Gibson.

So I tuned in to listen to the big man on campus and what he had to say on this universal health care shit....oops strike that...health care plan. And in his usual boring style Obammy could not keep my attention.

You ask why? Well let me give you the example that made me just turn off the station and say screw it! So Charlie Gibson asks Obama (the big man on campus)....Now Mr. President you said that this plan will allow Americans who are currently enjoying their current employer plans to choose to stay with those plans (big ears smiles and says yes sir), so Charlie continues to say... well if you tax those current health care benefits, won't the employers drop the plan and then the employees will be forced to accept the Universal Govt. Plan. So wait here's the great part ....Obama's answer... He says... Charlie those who are currently happy with their employer plans... can keep that plan. And Charlie says...thank you Mr. President. Now I'm wondering here... who is the idiot?

In his usual Obama style... he refused to answer THE question and gave an answer to the question he wished Charlie had asked. And in the usual liberal anchor style, Charlie Gibson acted like he HAD asked the question that Obama answered.

Once again we are left with no answers to the real questions. Oh my how did Obama ever graduate from that Ivy League College if he answered those test questions like he answers the most important questions Americans want to know the answer to.

Just as I predicted when Obama took office, he will develop a Universal Health care Plan which will indeed make employer plans obsolete....oh wow McCains' health care plan is looking pretty good right now!

Signing off and not answering any questions...in Obama style!

Bush Baby!!

Just this past Wednesday Bush spoke in Pennsylvania ..... my my his words ring so true!

ERIE, Pa. — The country will emerge from the recession on the backs of businesses — not the government, and the private sector will thrive as long as the United States continues to promote free-market expansion, former President George W. Bush said Wednesday night in one of his rare appearances since leaving office.

Government can act as a stabilizing force in a financial crisis, “but I know it’s the private sector that will lead this country out of the current economic times we’re in,” Bush said at a Manufacturer & Business Association dinner in Erie, in northwestern Pennsylvania.

Need anymore be said..... rock on!

Obama....gassy?

Hmmmm, now let me see if I can remember what the Democrats were saying about $4.00 a gallon gas.....

Lets count it...Obama has been in office for 5 months now... when he took office in January the price for a gallon of gas was $1.59. WAKE UP AMERICA... in Dallas the cost for a gallon of gas is now $2.53.

Wow, nice move Obama, shutting down that off shore drilling was a smart move. I swear if this man becomes anymore ignorant than he already is I will have to begin to pray for him in church.

OMG is it true...he is seriously our President? I'm sure he will blame the past administration for the increase in gas prices, I just don't have a grasp on what angle he will do that. Suck it up...Happy Days are here to stay! Bah Humbug!!!

Way to go Obama.... you got my vote! Oh WAIT...no you didn't!

Mitt Romney!!!!

Mitt Romney....rock this country!

Mitt visited on the "This Week with George Stephanopoulos Show". Wow I underestimated this man. I love love love what he had to say and he did it without a lot of bullshit (the lib way).

I believe he told it like it is.... Mass. got everyone in the state health coverage without BIG government getting into it!!! wooot wooot!!! Like Mitt said...we have over a 1000 companies competing in the health care field...we don't need the govt to create government health care. LOL Mitt also called Obama's plan a trojan horse....Obama has been wanting a single payer health insurance for years and this is his way of the government taking over health care. Oh my that's what we need.

George had to agree with Mitt that Mass. has done a great job with it's health care plan, and oh my God it didn't cost trillions and it didn't take BIG government getting in the the health care industry.

Mitt goes further to discuss Obama's 180 degree flip when Obama spoke to AP EC during his campaign he said he would do everything in his power to keep Iran from having a nuclear weapon and then he went to Cairo and said no single nation has the right to deny another nation the right to have a nuclear weapon. George than tried to cover up Obama's comment about nuclear weapon and say that Obama said "nuclear power", Mitt jumped right on that band wagon and informed George that there was no problem with nuclear power but that was NOT what Obama said. I agree with Mitt, all those Arab nations were very glad to hear Obama say that...IDIOT!!!

Last but not least I was disappointed to see George jump on the "who leads the rep party" band wagon. tsk tsk George I thought you were smarter than that. And of all things to bring up a GALLOP poll....like republicans seriously answered a lib backed poll....NOT. Mitt set George straight on that too!!! woooo hooooo

They go on to discuss how Republicans are not against immigration but that we are for LEGAL immigration. Anyway I won't go into the rest of the interview but feel free to view it yourself on ABC's website.

Say NO to Healthcare

On Monday Nobama spoke to a group of Doctors at the American Medical Association about the effect of the new health care system. There were over a 1,000 Doctors attending and huge boos were heard and throughout the speech only a spatter of hand clapping. DUH? did he expect anything else?

Obama finally admitted that it would cost 1 trillion to make it happen and of course in the usual Obama style he said... "That's real money, even in Washington," he said. "But remember: That's less than we are projected to have spent on the war in Iraq. And also remember: Failing to reform our health care system in a way that genuinely reduces cost growth will cost us trillions of dollars more in lost economic growth and lower wages." (prove that it will cost us trillions in lost economic growth and lower wages...I dare you to even try to prove that one)Idiot...total idiot ...he can't make a speech without bringing the past administration for something....oh my didn't Obama vote to fund that war. HYPOCRITE!!!

As well Health care came up on good ole' George on "This Week with George". I am totally in love with good ole "My God he's hot George Stephanopoulos" but boy I hate how he lets Dem's talk trash and doesn't even attempt to correct it. However Mitt Romney was a guest and I'll have to do a whole new article on that. I was totally impressed and am sorry I have underestimated Romney in the past. I'm seriously thinking no way the funding for this ridiculous bill will be found.
I'm back!!!

So sorry all, I've been out of town 2 of the past 3 weekends and rescued an abused puppy who is keeping me very busy as she was not only physically abused but was very sick. She's doing great, her name is Kadie and YES Sadie is very jealous!

However I'm back and I've got lots to catch up on. Some events are a couple of weeks old but I still have to put in my 2 cents worth!

Leaner, Greener, Faster, Smarter

I'm just wondering how much this lil' jewel cost "we the taxpayers". My my this was released on Tuesday, the day after our gov took over. I mean we now own Gm..correct? I wonder how they will disperse those dividend checks to every American. LMAO

GM's new motto: This is not about going out of business, this is about getting down to business. Maybe they should of done that years ago.

REINVENTION my ass.....

The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth!

Democrats..... Let's set the record straight!

I've heard it all, the Republican Party is obsolete, they are fading away to nothing, they are a thing of the past.

Ok enough said, lets look at the truth of the situation. Indeed the republicans have taken a beating over the past 8 years, and most have deflected to the Independent party. However lets look at the real facts from the Pew Report.

For all you graph people (graphs make me hot!) I'm sure the graph above tells the real story. For those of you who don't get hot over graphs, let me just quote the facts from the Pew Report.

Fact # 1 - Republicans and Democrats are even more divided than in the past, while the growing political middle is steadfastly mixed in its beliefs about government, the free market and other values that underlie views on contemporary issues and policies.

Fact #2 - While the Democrats gained a sizable advantage in partisan affiliation during George Bush’s presidency, their numbers slipped between December 2008 and April 2009, from 39% to 33%. (That's a MINUS 6%)

Fact #3 - Republican losses have been a little more modest, from 26% to 22%, but this represents the lowest level of professed affiliation with the GOP in at least a quarter century. (That's a MINUS 4%)

For those of you that are math geniuses, that means in the past 5 months the Democrats have deflected 2% more from their party than Republicans.

Fact #4- As has been the case in recent years, more independents “lean” Democratic than Republican (17% vs. 12%). Yet an increasing share of independents describe their views as conservative; in surveys conducted this year, 33% of independents say they are conservatives, up from 28% in 2007 and 26% in 2005. Again, this ideological change is at least in part a consequence of former Republicans moving into the ranks of independents. (oops this means these new Independants are conservative thinkers, gee I bet they vote republican)

Fact #5- The latest values survey, conducted March 31-April 21 among 3,013 adults reached on landlines and cell phones, finds that there has been no consistent movement away from conservatism, nor a shift toward liberalism – despite the decline in Republican identification. (I can dig it)

So I believe it is safe to say to all Democrats who continue to laugh and dance and party and raise all kinds of hooplah about the SHRINKING REPUBLICAN PARTY...... Watch out... you are about to be bit in the ass, so I'm thinking it's about time to STFU!!!!!!

Independents, you can continue to party and dance and laugh your asses off!

Thanks to the Pew Report for all of the above facts!
