The "Courting" Begins!Come on now, tell me Obama shooed away all those nasty, mean, money hungry lobbyists to never never land!
Welcome all! I intend to keep the current administration honest, well along with some trashing the administration for the next four years. Indeed it shall be fun. Sit back, relax, enjoy and share in the bashing!
The "Courting" Begins!
Red States/Blue States

Jindal 2012!!!!!!!!!!! Governor Jindal made some excellent points last night:
"Let me make this clear upfront: The Republican Party stands ready to work together in a bipartisan manner with the Democrat leaders in Congress and the President to open new markets to American exporters, create more jobs at home and grow the economy."
"But we will not march lock-step with the President and Democrats when they are wrong. The recently passed "stimulus" bill was one such example. Republicans were unified in our disagreement with Congressional Democrat leaders and President Obama on this bill. It comes down to this: The Democrat plan focused on putting Americans on the public dole, while the Republican plan focused on putting America back to work."
Gawd...that is hot! Jindal 2012!!!!
I do believe Eric Holder is a bit confused about Obama's RASH decision to close Gitmo!I totally love when democrats come out and speak the truth. I'll have to copy and paste Holder's response to Gitmo, just to ensure I get it right!
"WASHINGTON – Attorney General Eric Holder said Wednesday the Guantanamo detention center is a well-run, professional facility that will be difficult to close — but he's still going to do it. Holder visited the U.S. naval base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, on Monday and spoke to reporters about his trip during a news conference Wednesday."
Closing Guantanamo, he said, "will not be an easy process. It's one we will do in a way that ensures that people are treated fairly and that the American people are kept safe."
Ok so remind me WHY we are closing a well-run, professional facility? I smell a rat. I can foresee 8 months down the road Obama saying, well ok we are NOT going to close GITMO... it's so well-run and professional down there. We shall see!
ABC News Headlines: Obama gets it, but will the Nation actually buy it?I as any other American who watched the President's speech last night were looking for answers. Once again it was beautifully put, but the answers were still not there.
What's it going to take to get a straight forward answer. Wall street already warned if there were no clarity the market would remain to decline. Hello? Earth to Obama? The Dow fell another 80 points after the President's speech last night. Hmmmm when will this stop. Not only is Wall Street confused with all the spending so are the American People.
Money, Money .....Moooooooney
To make matters worse, today on top of the $787billion stimulus packet, the house approves another $410billion in spending on domestic programs. (A clear vote along party lines). Along with this bill Obama is also seeking another $634billion for healthcare reform. Oh my where are we getting all this money. Wasn't it the Democrats who were complaining about the $1.2 Trillion deficit Bush created... over 8 years(and in war time). My, my Obama has exceeded that in one month. I don't no whether to laugh or cry!
Prisoners Cannot Sue!Right on! Screw them all, I pay my own mortgage and I don't want to pay yours!
Obama & Unions
Dow ends at lowest close in more than 6 years.
Tax troubles for president's chief of staff!!!
Murtha May be in Hot Water!!
Hehe, I laughed when I read the headlines this morning. Dear Ole' Bill Clinton saying the economy would not of tanked had he been president the past 8 years. OOPS, thats a big one Bill.
It just doesn't get any better than politicians from Illinois. Some may wonder...are there any politicians from Chicago or Illinois who are not corrupt?
Bipartisan. Yes this word was spoken by Obama throughout his campaign. Well along with other words such as unity, change and hope.
Wow, that Lindsey Graham is something else. I watched him earlier today on George (Oh he's hot) Stephanopoulos. I love how Lindsey Graham cuts to the chase! Senator King (R) from New York went further to state: "And, you know, obviously, we have to do a lot. I supported strong infrastructure, strong tax relief. We didn't do it. And that's why you have people even like Alice Rivlin, who was Bill Clinton's budget director, testified against the stimulus bill, Martin Feldstein, who had -- had been for it is now against it, and the CBO says, over a 10-year period, it's going to diminish the economy, bring down the GDP, and actually cause a reduction in wages."

I love Lindsey Graham... that man can say more in a few words than this stimulus said in 1100 pages! Go Lindsey!!!
Typo's corrected in green are in honor of BLACK AMERICAN X
The new stimulus package was produced around midnight this past Thursday, with a vote at 9:00 am on Friday morning. WAIT!!!! Didn't Obama promise that any bill that was sent to Congress would be given 5 days to be read? And then on Tuesday Congress voted and agreed that everyone including the public would have 48 hours to read the final stimulus bill before it was called for a vote. OOPS major screw up.
Now how do you READ a bill that is over 1100 pages when it goes to press at 11pm one day and the vote is 9am the next morning. OH!!! I get it... Obama and the dems don't want anyone reading the bill! GOTCHA!!!
Once again the American Public has been lied to. Obama promised the American people they would have plenty of time to read the package. Why do you suppose this didn't happen? I have my theories, I would love to hear yours!
Oh my! Neither of these two guys make a pretty picture. Notice the "evil" glare Obama is giving Judd Gregg. No this was not a match made in heaven, and after only one week, this couple is filing for divorce with "irreconcilable differences" as the reason. Ok so what? It's not a divorce and the splitting is due to "irresolvable conflicts" including the stimulus package and the census.
Sizzle! Sizzle! Those marines are hot! Thanks Semper Fi for sending this to me!!!!
LOL, well I see the three stooges have arrived on my blog. Everyone... please welcome Auggie, Sep and Charlie to the blog.
Will it ever end. First Coleman is in the lead, then a recount and Coleman is in the lead again. Then Franken takes the lead, then Franken is declared the winner by 255 votes. Every time one pulls ahead the other files a law suit. It is February 12th and we still do not have a winner. Reid tried to confirm Franken as the winner, however that didn't work. It's just a never ending story. Reid figured it wouldn't work so he is patiently waiting till the lawsuit is over. Good ole' Reid, you gotta just love the man.
Part of the stimulus package (yeah thought I'd add a "stimulating picture to this post) includes some provisions for health care. My my is there any part of America that this stimulus package didn't touch?
Well the stimulus package passed in the Senate today with a vote of 61-37. Of course it wouldn't be right if we didn't thank our 3 Republicans who voted YES. (I hope Obama offered them something huge as I'm sure they will not be re-elected.) Way to go girls!
Awwww....Joe the Plumber! We all remember him.... the man the democrats bashed because he asked Obama a simple question and BAMM!! Obama says the thing we'd all been saying "SPREAD THE WEALTH".
