Snowe? Snow job?

Ms. Snowe seems to be enjoying the power she holds over Washington at the moment.

Yes ...she is the MAYBE one republican vote that the democrats may be able to count on to hit 60... should she decide to vote for the HC bill.

Yes I do believe Ms. Snowe has been sleeping with the enemy this year. Hmmm wonder what it gets her? I also wonder what her republican constituents are feeling right at this moment. I mean she already voted for the stimulus package ....however she is holding strong on the fact that she will not vote for a HC bill with the public option in it. However she is all for using the public option as a threat against health insurance companies.

I just believe that if the Public Option is used as a threat we can all but declare that the public option will come to life. I think Ms. Snowe needs to figure out... you can't have your cake and eat it too. There is a fence Ms. Snowe..... get off it.... either side...just get the f*$% off the fence! You either are for it....or you aren't. Now which is it? Remember...those who voted you IN can vote you OUT!

Diana aren't they about to appoint someone to fill Sen. Ted Kennedy's seat? I very seriously doubt they need for Snowe to vote with them when their own Blue Dogs are alrealy becoming agitated and biting back. No I believe President Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid,(and allow me to add my Own Chuck Schumer), who vowed to shove this crap down our throats, whether WE AS AMERICANS WANTED IT OR NOT! Are finally going to have to accept the divide within their own Party!
It's like I said many times before the "PROGRESSIVE" is INTERESTED in one thing, "POWER" !
How much do they have? How much influence do they wield?
Todays vote showed the divide clearly as they could not even present an "United Front" on what their leader President Barack Hussain Obama will ultimatly view as truly being his "WATERLOO" healthcare reform. He is a "One Termer" and this only reinforces that view.

Of course they are going to appoint someone to sit in Ted's seat. YES going against the LAW Ted so passionately wanted.. you know.. the law that says they must wait 175 days before they hold an election to fill the seat.

Yes I do remember when Kerry was running for office... when then Gov. Mitt Romney in office at that time could appoint someone to fill Kerry's vacated seat. The dem congress in MA passed this law so that Romney could not appoint a Republican. And the dems are afraid that Americans will see the law as self-serving. UH HUH their actions show just that.
