My oh My...Another One?

Tax troubles for president's chief of staff!!!
Well, well the story gets more interesting as we move forward with all types of twists and turns ....it's better than Peyton Place!

Yep there he is the front man (in more way than one) for good ole obama is in a little tax trouble of his own. Indeed it hit the airwaves earlier today.

World Net Daily reports: "There could be tax troubles on the horizon for White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, who reportedly has lived rent-free in Washington for five years but hasn't paid taxes on the imputed income, according to reports." Lets cut through all the crap and lets just lay it down in layman terms: THE DUDE IS SCREWING THE IRS TOO!!!!

Rahm has been living rent free for the past 5 years in Washington, and oops Rahm was suppose to report that as a "gift". That's about $100,000 over the past 5 years. The Post said "while Emanuel was living in the rent-free arrangement, he also served as the chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, which gave Greenberg several polling contracts, paying him $239,000 in 2006 and $317,000 in 2008."

According to the New York Post, the nondisclosure of free rent in a home owned by Rep. Rosa DeLauro, D-Conn., apparently isn't all that's being questioned about Emanuel's arrangements.

Everyday there is indeed another turn in the story. I can't wait till tomorrow!!!

Where is it written that a friend cannot allow another friend to live in their property without charging?
Delauro's husband, Stan Greenberg, is an oft used pollster. No quid pro quo connection has or will be established. I can't wait for all the GOP Tax abberations to start cropping up. That'll put and end to all this self-righteous finger pointing by people like Diana and her ilk. Bet on it- it's only a matter of time.

LOL, I don't make the IRS laws, I just report those that don't follow them.

Don't forget to report all the GOP scofflaws that will be popping up on the radar screen soon...we'll see if you report them- or make excuses for them as you and republicans so often do.

Here's a bone I'm rolling home for ya Diana. An Insiders investigative look at Obstruction of Justice and a slew of illegal acts perpetrated by Jeb Bush, George Bush and others in Florida Government. A scandal of enormous proportions that is about to break. Remember where you saw it first. read on if you have the stomach for truth-not the whimsical and idle speculation you trade:

Greetings:

As y'all know (that's southern talk), we filed our FL DHSMV complaint back
on 09/11/06. The State screwed around for two years, keeping us under a gag
order for as long as they could hoping we would give up and just go away,
and then turned a blind eye to all of the evidence we had given to them.
We knew we would get criminal indictments against a number of public
officials if we ever got a new USDOJ that would make investigation decisions
based on the evidence - and not on partisan politics. After talking with a
number of folks in Washington DC over the last month, I am confident that
this new USDOJ will, in fact, uphold the rule of law. I cannot envision
Eric Holder, David Ogden and Tom Perrelli (the new top three officials at
the USDOJ) ordering field USA's to back away from conducting public
corruption investigations where evidence exists to prove the federal crimes
beyond a reasonable doubt.

You'll recall the stranglehold that the White House had over the USDOJ when
President Bush was in office. There was no way that President Bush or US AG
Gonzales was going to authorize the investigation of Jeb Bush for us. From
12/02 to 09/06, Jeb Bush knew what going on and he refused to initiate any
corrective action. We knew what they were doing - we just couldn't prove it
at the time. USA Miller in Tallahassee blocked the FBI from investigating
our corruption complaints.

Two years ago, we weren't sure who was actually the source of the
obstruction. Last week, we found out who has been stopping USA Miller from
conducting public corruption investigations in Florida that reportedly
involved President Bush's friends and family. Now that GWB is out of
office, people are starting to talk.

What I am about to share with you is outrageous, but absolutely true.

Back in the summer of 2003, FL DOT IG Investigator Ray Lemme uncovered
serious acts of criminal misconduct involving various public officials.
Lemme reported that he had found millions of dollars illegally flowing
through the FL Turnpike System enroute to the RNC from foreign countries.
Lemme also uncovered contract fraud regarding the massive overbilling of the
FL DOT, allegedly authorized by Jeb Bush. Further, Lemme learned that Clint
Curtis had been directed to develop a covert software program, at the
request of Tom Feeney, which would give Feeney the ability to covertly
influence electronic election results. Curtis reported Feeney's misconduct
to FDLE. Curtis even passed an FDLE polygraph. Feeney refused to take one.
However, neither FDLE nor the FBI would investigate. Wonder why? Well, now
we know...

FL Gov. Jeb Bush shut down Lemme's criminal investigation, but Lemme refused
to stop working the case. Lemme told folks that the corruption went all the
way ... "to the top." Two weeks later, Lemme was found dead at a Valdosta
motel. The Valdosta PD wrote it up as a suicide. They also reported that
no crime scene photo's could be taken because the crime scene camera had
malfunctioned. Keep this thought in mind - Jeb Bush had NO lawful
authority to shut down a FL DOT IG criminal investigation. According to FL
DOT officials, Jeb Bush gave no reason as to why he had ordered Lemme's
investigation closed.

A witness (who is being protected right now) was able to obtain Lemme's
crime scene photo's from the Valdosta PD - photo's that were reportedly
never taken. The photo's show strangulation bruises around Lemme's neck.
Lemme's arm had been slashed with a razor blade. There is conflicting blood
spatter evidence shown in the pictures that doesn't match the mechanism of
injury. Times on hotel and credit card documents do not match up with what
was reported in the police report. And, the Valdosta officials had the body
immediately cremated - no autopsy, even despite obvious physical evidence of
a suspicious death. Based on 37 years of investigative experience, as I am
sure most of you already know, that only happens, folks, when the
authorities want to destroy evidence of a crime. This witness turned the
crime scene photo's and the rest of the evidence he had recovered over to
USA Miller, who initiated a criminal investigation. Lemme's brother has
publicly stated that Ray Lemme did not commit suicide.

Last week, this same witness had been informed that I had been looking into
Lemme's murder for the past two years. He made contact with me and he
revealed that he had several recorded conversations with a member of USA
Miller's staff. This USDOJ official admitted to him that President Bush had
personally ordered USA Miller and his staff to shut down the investigation
of Lemme's murder - and the issues Lemme had exposed. That's right. It
appears as though President Bush obstructed justice when he told USA Miller
and his staff to stop conducting another public corruption investigation -
this time, involving the murder of a FL DOT IG Investigator. I have to
admit, even though I had suspected that GWB was the source all the time,
when it was confirmed - I was in shock.

Not knowing that this evidence was in existence in late 2007, I had asked
the FBI to conduct an investigation into Lemme's death - and the FBI refused
to investigate. I had reviewed the evidence and I had spoken with folks who
Lemme had spoken with - this was beyond insane. How could the FBI justify
turning a blind eye to the murder of a FL DOT IG Investigator who had
uncovered such damning evidence against Jeb Bush, Tom Feeney and others
involving money laundering for the RNC? And why did Jeb Bush shut down a
criminal investigation involving such serious issues? I didn't know at the
time that the FBI had been ordered to back away from the Lemme murder. We
now know who obstructed USA Miller from conducting investigations on
President Bush's friends and family - and the evidence is in the hands of
the right folks in Washington DC.

In summary, Jeb Bush shut down Lemme's investigation. Two weeks later,
Lemme was murdered. George Bush flew down to Florida and personally shut
down USA Miller's investigation of Lemme's death and the crimes Lemme had
exposed - and the FBI refused to investigate. Get the picture? It's been a
week now - and I am still in shock.

After talking with a number of folks in Washington DC, I believe our chances
of reforming a corrupt system of administrative justice are good. Jeb Bush,
Charlie Crist, the FL Cabinet, and many appointed public officials who have
blocked us from receiving a criminal investigation and a grand jury will not
be happy once they hear the news. Two investigative reporters are working
this story from two different angles. When they publish their stories, I
will put a memo out.

It's been a long and frustrating 3 years, but I believe things are going to
finally work out. I, once again, commend those who gave us sworn testimony,
affidavits and evidence to support our corruption complaints. You folks are
the true defenders of liberty and justice for all. God bless each and every
one of you. Should they deem it necessary, you may be contacted by federal
investigators once an investigation is initiated - and we hope to count on
your continued support. US AG Holder is in place; however Ogden and
Perrelli have not yet been confirmed. Our brand new USDOJ is slowly
starting to take shape. I understand most of the 94 USA's will be replaced
- and their names have not been announced. It's only been four weeks.

However, to those few folks out there (down in Miami) who chastised us for
pursuing legal accountability - know this. Turning our backs on the
thousands of Florida drivers who have been deprived from receiving due
process and justice at the administrative level of government isn't who we
are. Most of us are Christians. We care about people and strongly believe
no one is above the law - or below it. We walked away from our hearing
officer careers because we refused to knowingly violate the drivers' civil
rights. Others were demoted and fired because they refused to violate the
law. They are true American hero's. They suffered adverse personnel action
for people they didn't even know. There was NO way I was ever going to walk
away from this fight!

Jeb Bush, Charlie Crist and the rest gave us no other choice. The only way
we were going to reform this very corrupt FL DHSMV was to hold them legally
accountable. We didn't know that various elected and appointed public
officials would betray their oath of office and violate their legal duty to
uphold the law while trying so hard to bury our corruption complaints.

We hope a federal audit will reveal where all those millions of "unaudited"
dollars went from all those unwarranted reinstatement fees inside of the FL
DHSMV.

HINT: May want to watch the UBS names that will be published soon - lots of
folks have been hiding an estimated $15 billion overseas to avoid the IRS.
